THE RHYTHM COLLECTION

These are the hits, pieces we enjoyed so much we put ‘em on repeat. While everything is customizable in terms of materials, size and color, there’s not much left to the imagination on these designs.

Everything we do starts with friendly conversation, if you’re struck by something, give us a holler! We’d love to demystify the process, possibilities and pricing (and likely drop a hint or two about our cool wood stash).

Dining Benches

I’ve always said, when you finally replace that mismatched set of Ikea, thrift store and dorm room chairs, you’re a real adult.

These dining table benches turned out so nice. They’re minimal, functional and versatile. Seriously, what else can you ask for?

Glu-lam tops, typically reserved for architectural beams, combined with blackened steel frames and brass acorn nuts, offer a really flexible look. Somehow this bench pulls off modern industrial, rustic, asian, and maybe even a little southwestern. Whatever you do with them, we’re betting your bum will be happy.

Record Console

It doesn’t have to be used for your turntable and record collection, but hey, it would be a lot cooler if it was!

Even the simplest designs can earn a lot of nerdy details. I never like it when a piece of furniture wont touch the wall before the feet hit the baseboard, so I added a little extra offset, and Bob’s your father’s brother. It has thoughtful features that simplify and mask cable management, so like me, you can satisfy your inner obsessive.

Channel is a shape of structural steel, sort of like half an I-beam. It has a really nice profile, it reminds me of a traditional Japanese roof line. Combine some of that with wacky hardware and a suspended baltic birch cabinet and you have yourself a nifty little audio-nerd station.

Birch Bar Stool

This is one of those things, like so many, that started with a really cool piece of wood. Creating a 3-pack of stools with birch tops that flowed from seat to seat was a really fun experiment and made for a striking design.

These bad boys are built from steel tube, flat bar and have really neat bronze feet, turned by hand on the ol’ South Bend lathe. Brass acorn nuts are a common theme, so better get used to that!

They’re neat, orderly, and heavy as Chevy.
